Welcome to eucen‘s monthly bulletin! This month the eucen community continues to engage with the most pressing trends and challenges shaping University Lifelong Learning (ULLL) in Europe. This month’s newsletter highlights events, insights, and opportunities for you.We reflect on the 2025 eucen Autumn Seminar, “University Lifelong Learning in the Age of AI,” exploring how AI is transforming learning, skills, trust, and collaboration and the final DEMOCRAT conference in Barcelona uniting over 100 participants to discuss the future of education for democracy. And give you access to the PROMISE project outputs, designed to help educators build students’ entrepreneurial skills through its Professional Noticing model.We are also proud to share our new Position Paper from the 2025 Policy Talks on ULLL and the 2030 Headline Targets of the European Pillar of Social Rights, offering recommendations to embed LLL as a core mission and promote equity, inclusion, and resilience. Looking ahead, you are invited to joining the SAMUELE webinar on 17 December to explore ULLL transversal data from 18 countries and 102 higher education institutions.You can contribute to research on AI’s impact on graduate competencies via the “AI and the Future of Talent” survey, and don’t forget to save the dates for 2026 eucen events, from April’s Global Seminar to November’s Autumn Seminar. Megjelent az Európai Oktatási és Képzési Figyelő
Megjelent az Oktatási és Képzési Figyelő 2025, amelyben az Európai Bizottság helyzetképet nyújt az uniós országok oktatási és képzési rendszereiről, a legfrissebb adatokra, trendekre és politikai fejleményekre támaszkodva. A dokumentum egy Összehasonlító jelentésből és 27 Országjelentésből áll. Utóbbi az oktatás minden szintjét lefedi a kora gyermekkori neveléstől a felnőttképzésig és készségfejlesztésig. A kiadvány értékes betekintést nyújt mindazok számára, akik az oktatás, a készségek vagy az egész életen át tartó tanulás területén dolgoznak Európában.
Az Oktatási és Képzési Figyelő 2025 ilyen és hasonló kérdésekre keresi a választ:
- A nők jelentkeznek-e, belépnek-e a természettudományos, technológiai, mérnöki és matematikai (STEM) területekre?
- Milyen tényezők befolyásolják a tanulmányokkal kapcsolatos választásokat?
- A digitális eszközök fejlesztik-e a tanulók teljesítményét?
- Több hátrányos helyzetű gyermek veszi-e igénybe a kora gyermekkori nevelést?
- Milyen hatással van a szociális-gazdasági háttér a tanulókra?
- A munkaalapú tanulás növeli-e az átjárhatóságot a felsőoktatás szakképzés és felnőttképzés között?
- Több EU-n kívüli országból érkező tanuló választ-e európai felsőoktatási intézményt és szerez diplomát?
- Javultak-e a felnőttek szövegértési készségei az elmúlt évtizedben?

One year on from the sixth International Conference on Learning Cities (ICLC 6), we would like to cordially invite you to join us for a forum for all learning cities on the topic of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) titled “UNESCO Learning City Forum: Driving action for ESD.” This forum – co-organized by the UNESCO GNLC Working Group on ESD, with the support of the UNESCO GNLC coordination team – will take place on 4 December 2025 from 10:00-13:00 CET.
During this event, you will have the opportunity to hear expert interventions, learn from other learning cities working in this area and share your experiences of ESD through interactive activities!

Kedves Tagok!
November kicsit gyorsabban eltelt a szokásosnál, és mi is serényen készülünk a záró eseményekre.
Decemberben három nagy eseményünk lesz Brüsszelben, némelyik az Életen Át Tartó Tanulás Hetének része is lesz, jegyezzétek fel a dátumokat! Az
év végi programunk mellett egy új projekttervezési képzést is készítettünk januárra. Ez az új kiadás több időt és teret biztosít a kapcsolatépítésre, mint korábban.
Megjelent a 2025-ös Grundtvig Díj kiadványa!
Végül, de nem utolsósorban, az EAEA korábbi főtitkára, Gina Ebner díjat kapott Szlovákia 25. Életen Át Tartó Tanulás Hetén.
