eucen Highlights | May 2026

Issue 05/2026 May 2026 Welcome to eucen’s monthly bulletin!
May ends full of new opportunities to connect across the LLL community. As we approach the start of the 56th eucen Conference 2026 in Cagliari, we are excited to welcome participants from across Europe and beyond to celebrate eucen’s 35th anniversary together. The conference will be a special moment to reflect on our shared achievements, strengthen partnerships and continue shaping the future of ULLL. This month, we would like to highlight new voices and resources from across our network. A new episode of the podcast series Voices of Lifelong Learning explores the work of eucen’s SAMUELE project together with Copenhagen Business School and the UNESCO Institute for LLL. You will also find updates from the SAMUELE project workshop in Copenhagen, a short overview of the online consultation organised within the MESHE project, insights from the recent eucen Global Seminar on sustainable funding for LLL, and reflections on key European initiatives connecting inclusion and ULLL. We are also pleased to share the first E-zine of the VISUALITY Project and the latest resources developed by the INCLUDE ME+ Project to support inclusive digital media practices across Europe. And while we look forward to meeting in Cagliari, preparations are already underway for the 2026 eucen Autumn Seminar in Barcelona, where we will explore together the balance between employability and social mission in a changing Europe. We hope you enjoy this month’s edition and thank you, as always, for being part of the eucen community. If you receive this messages it is because you have registered on our website or because you have requested to receive our newsletters.
